Outbreak Barbell Club classes delve into the finer details of Olympic Weightlifting, and provide planned programming for the development of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Personal training is a 1-on-1 session with a qualified and friendly CrossFit Outbreak coach. We make a program based on your goals and needs, and coach you through every step.
