Here’s this week’s chance to earn bonus points:
To earn 2 points: Spend a total of 20 minutes holding a weighted plank. Men must have a 25# plate on their back; women must have a 15# plate. If you have an object or backpack to fill at home (and you have a scale), you can perform these at home as well. Otherwise, plan a few minutes before/after your workout.
Break it up however you like. This can be done over as many days as you need (as long as it’s completed by Sunday 11:59pm).

The TOP 3 PHOTOS will earn 3 extra points for the people who submitted those pictures. The 3 winners will be chosen by coaches and will vote on the winning photos.
