For today’s blog, I wanted to feature Symbio PT, who we at CrossFit Outbreak have partnered with to bring educational workshops to you, and knowledgable Physical Therapists ready to treat all of our aches and pains as CrossFitters.
Most humans these days don’t access our full ranges of motion (ROM) on a daily basis, and over time, we lose that ROM. To be the most functional we can be, we must learn to gain that ROM back!
Embedded below is a great introductory video detailing the 90/90 position, which is one of, if not the best, all around hip stretch and activation drill. Try it out before your workouts and let us know how much better you feel!
