Our powerlifting program focuses on the back squat, deadlift and bench press and building the muscle groups responsible for hitting big numbers and staying healthy while doing so. What does the class look like?
Includes a warmup preparing the body for the demands of lifting heavy, focused instruction and practice of the movements to be done during class, and a dedicated time period of squatting, deadlifting, and bench pressing heavy!
