CH, EW, WB – CROSSFIT

Press in Split (5×3 each foot forward, climbing)
In a balanced Split Jerk position, perform Strict Presses from the front rack.
PVC Drills (3×8)
In between sets, work on tall jerks and jerk balances with the PVC
