Barbell complex
1- Deadlift
1- Power clean
1- Front squat
1- Jerk
12 x @ 95/ 65
6 x @ 135/ 85
3 x @ 185/ 115

Perform 12 rounds of the barbell complex w/ 95/65 then add weight and complete it 6 times with 135/85 then add weight and finish the workout by completing it 3 times with 185/115
