This will go away after the first session. Just getting here for the first time is nerve racking for a lot of people, so you are not alone. When you meet with us and our CrossFit community, you will quickly realize that we can customize any workout and modify any movement to meet your needs.
We will always make sure you’re maximizing your potential and that the workout is very difficult. However, we’ll never ask you to do too much weight or a movement that you cannot do properly as a part of the WOD (workout of the day). There may be several movements that you cannot do. That’s okay! We’ll work with you, and you’ll start to master them one by one.
