A Day Of Training For The Fittest Woman On Earth And How To Modify It For Your Level Of Fitness

There are a few things in life that we know for certain. According to Benjamin Franklin, the two at the top of the list are death and taxes. Well, I can add one more. It’s that the back-to-back champion of the CrossFit Games, Katrin Davidsdottir, is the fittest woman on the face of the earth. But how did she become reach that point? Well, in an article recently posted by Women’s Health Magazine, Katrin gives us a glimpse into what a normal day of training looks like as well as why she is doing what she’s doing. I (Coach Paul) also contributed to the article by adding my modifications to her workout for less elite.
